Stat Holidays. It is agreed that where possible Mechanics will be awarded their stat holiday on the eight hour scheduled work day within the two week schedule where the stat holiday falls. Where it is not possible for the employee to be awarded the stat holiday when designated, the employee shall have the option to bank the holiday.
Stat Holidays. 1. All Stat days start at 7:00 a.m. on the day of the stat and end 7:00 a.m. of the following day.

In order to reconcile the additional statutory holiday pay provided to employees as a result of conversion of the regular hours of work from six and three-quarter (6.75) hours per day to seven and one-half (7.5) hours per day, all employees participating in compressed hours of work programs shall be subject to the provisions of clause 6.01.14.
Stat Holidays. (a) A weekend not worked is the equivalent to holidays and four hours pay at the regular rate. This will only apply when Company and Union have agreed on the taking of such Stat Holidays.
