Renewable Notes. This Note may be issued as a Note in which the Maturity will be automatically extended for a twelve month period on each Maturity unless the Holder elects to terminate the automatic extension ("Renewable Notes"). The Holder may terminate the automatic extension by notifying the Trustee within the time frame set forth on the face hereof. The Holder may choose to maintain the automatic extension provision for a portion of the Renewable Note so long as that portion equals at least $100,000 (or its foreign currency equivalent). To revoke its election to terminate, the Holder must notify the Trustee prior to the fifteenth calendar day before the portion is scheduled to mature. An election to terminate the automatic extension of a Renewable Note will be binding on any subsequent Holder unless properly revoked. The Issuer may elect to redeem the total amount or portion of a Renewable Note at a redemption price of 100% of its principal amount plus accrued interest. If the Issuer decides to redeem a Renewable Note, the Issuer must notify the Holder by first class mail at least 30 but not more than 60 days prior to the redemption date. The Renewable Notes will bear interest at a specified rate that will be based on a based rate and any Spread and/or Spread Multiplier.
