Rentable Area of Premises. Commencing on the Expansion Premises Commencement Date, the defined term “Rentable Area of Premises” on page 1 of the Lease shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: “Rentable Area of Premises: Approximately 30,807 square feet
Rentable Area of Premises. Effective as of the Expansion Option Effective Date, the Rentable Area of Premises (as set forth in Section 2.2 of the Lease) shall be eleven thousand seven hundred twenty-seven (11,727) rentable square feet.
