Rentable Area of Premises. The definition of “Rentable Area of Premises” on Page 1 of the Lease is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: “Rentable Area of Premises: 36,172 sq. ft.”
Rentable Area of Premises. Commencing on the Second Expansion Premises Commencement Date, the defined term “Rentable Area of Premises” on page 1 of the Lease is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: “Rentable Area: Approximately 10,600 square feet”
Rentable Area of Premises. Approximately 8,558 usable square feet (See Exhibit “A-1”)
Rentable Area of Premises. Effective as of the Expansion Option Effective Date, the Rentable Area of Premises (as set forth in Section 2.2 of the Lease) shall be eleven thousand seven hundred twenty-seven (11,727) rentable square feet. From and after the Expansion Option Effective Date, all references to the “Premises” in the Lease shall refer to the Premises plus the Expansion Space less the Suite 216A Space, as such Premises is depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto.
