Rentals During Operating Hours. The Operator may rent any portion of the Facility space during hours of operation on a first come, first serve basis according to the approved Facility Rental/Booking Policies provided previously scheduled programming or services are not reduced as a result of such rental or booking. Operator may charge and collect a reasonable rental fee that is listed in the Fee Structure included in the approved Facility Rental/Booking Policies. The Operator may also charge a fee for parking during events at a rate not-to-exceed such amount as may be included on the approved Fee Structure for parking.

Rentals During Operating Hours. The Operator may rent any portion of the Leased Premises space during hours of operation on a first come, first serve basis according to the approved Leased Premises Rental/Booking Policies provided previously scheduled programming or services are not reduced as a result of such rental or booking. The spaces where such rentals are held will not be considered Open To Public spaces. Operator may charge and collect a reasonable rental fee that is listed in the Fee Schedule included in the approved Leased Premises Rental/Booking Policies. The Operator may also charge a fee for parking during events at a rate not-to-exceed such amount as may be included on the approved Fee Schedule for parking.

  • Work During Vacation Period No employee shall be required to work during the employee's vacation once the vacation request has been approved.

  • Work During Vacation Should an employee who has commenced his scheduled vacation and agrees upon request by the Hospital to return to perform work during the vacation period, the employee shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times his basic straight time rate for all hours so worked. To replace the originally scheduled days on which such work was performed, the employee will receive one (1) vacation lieu day off for each day on which he has so worked.

  • Holidays During Vacation If a paid holiday falls or is observed during an employee's vacation period, he/she shall be granted an additional day's vacation with pay for each holiday in addition to his/her regular vacation time.

  • OPERATION OF PROPERTY DURING AGREEMENT PERIOD The Seller will continue to operate the Property and any business conducted on the Property in the manner operated prior to the Agreement and will take no action that would adversely impact the Property, tenants, lender, or business, if any. Any changes, such as renting vacant space, that materially affects the Property or the Buyer's intended use will be permitted only with the Buyer's consent.
