Reopener Negotiations. For the fiscal years 2019-2020 and 2020-2021, the parties shall reopen and negotiate Article 12 β Salaries, and each party has the option to reopen one (1) additional article. However, by mutual agreement, the parties may reopen additional articles for consideration during each fiscal year. Reopener negotiations shall begin no later than March 1, 2019 for the fiscal year 2019-2020, and March 1, 2020 for the fiscal year 2020-2021.
