Reopener Regarding Catastrophic Leave and State Disability Insurance. ‌ In January of 2019, or as soon thereafter as is reasonably possible, the parties will commence meeting and conferring in good faith about IBEW members’ participation in a voluntary Catastrophic Leave Bank program. In the event IBEW members elect to participate in State Disability Insurance (SDI), the parties will meet and confer about the administration and processing of SDI.
