Repackaging Sample Clauses

Repackaging. WCCI is not allowed to repack the Products or in any way change the original packaging of Products.
Repackaging. If Distributor repackages containers and other packaging material's and labels that comply with all pertinent provisions of any applicable federal, state or local laws and regulations. Distributors who elect to repackage Hedmxx Xxxduct(s) are not authorized to use Hedmxx'x xxxe and trademark on repackaged goods. Distributor shall employ quality control procedures sufficient to ensure that the repackaged material conforms to the original specifications for Product(s) as supplied by Hedmxx.
Repackaging. Any retail repackaging of the Product must be approved by Supplier before the distribution of the Product in the Territory, provided, however, that such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Repackaging. IBP may not re-label, repackage, or modify ATTEVA’s packaged or shipped materials in any way.

RepackagingVendor will repackage each Equipment item into the original container, include all Customer-supplied materials (e.g., mouse pads, surge protectors, etc.) and attach any labels or bar codes (generated by Vendor at Customer's request) as may be specified by Customer. Vendor will verify that the serial numbers of the Equipment match the corresponding serial numbers reflected on the box and the packing slip, and will provide Customer with a listing of such serial numbers. Any consolidation of components, e.g., packing the keyboard in the CPU unit box, and any repackaging in other than the original container requires Customer's prior approval.
Repackaging. Histogen hereby appoints Pineworld to apply for the registration of the local repackaging certificates, so as to enable Pineworld to repackage Product in a form suitable for resale. (i) Before receipt of the local repackaging certificates from CFDA, Histogen shall supply Product in Finished Product form. (ii) Upon receipt of the local repackaging certificates from the CFDA, Histogen shall supply the Product in Finished Product form or Bulk Product form. If supplied in bulk, then Pineworld shall then locally repackage the Bulk Product into Finished Product.
Repackaging. You must not repackage or relabel any products we supply to you without our prior written consent, which may be withheld in our absolute discretion.
Repackaging. A repetition of a packaging step which requires a de-packaging operation such as exchange of folding box, exchange of leaflet or insert, or de-labeling/relabeling.
