Supplied Materials definition

Supplied Materials means the FINISHED PACKAGED PRODUCT, Naked Vials, Bulk Product and any other materials supplied to FIOCRUZ by PROTALIX for the MANUFACTURE and/or COMMERCIALIZATION by FIOCRUZ of PRODUCTS in the TERRITORY for the FIELD in accordance with this AGREEMENT.
Supplied Materials has the meaning set forth in Section 15.1.
Supplied Materials means any GSK Equipment or Materials or software which provided by GSK or its Affiliates for use in the performance of the Activities.

  • For clarity, this does not limit any warranty obligations of the Contractor for Work in respect of, or in connection with, the Owner Supplied Materials.

  • Customer and/or User shall not acquire any Intellectual Property Rights, in or to the Supplied Materials or in any products or documents created by the Third Party Provider during the performance of the Service.

  • In addition, Seller will give Buyer prompt notice of any nonconformity of the Supplied Materials or the delivery thereof to Seller which has a high rate of recurrence, impairs or may impair Seller’s ability to meet its delivery schedules or comply with applicable specifications for Supplies, affects Supplies’ safety or is otherwise serious in the opinion of Seller.

  • If Customer and/or User becomes aware of any use by a third party of the Supplied Materials which is unauthorized or which would constitute an infringement of or interference with any of the Third Party Provider’s Intellectual Property Rights, it shall promptly notify FXDD and reasonably cooperate with the Third Party Provider, at the Third Party Provider’s expense, with respect to any legal action which the Third Party Provider may undertake in response to such infringement.


More Definitions of Supplied Materials

Supplied Materials means those materials and equipment, if any, supplied by, or on behalf of, Keryx to BioVectra for use in the manufacture of Product hereunder (including any raw materials). Keryx Supplied Materials shall at all times remain the property of Keryx (and BioVectra shall ensure that no pledges, liens, restrictions, claims, charges, security interests or other encumbrance are placed on such Keryx Supplied Materials).
Supplied Materials shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 6.1.
Supplied Materials means the FINISHED PACKAGED PRODUCT, NAKED VIALS, BULK PRODUCT and any other materials supplied to FIOCRUZ by PROTALIX for the MANUFACTURE and/or COMMERCIALIZATION by FIOCRUZ of PRODUCTS in the TERRITORY for the FIELD in accordance with this AGREEMENT.
Supplied Materials has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.2(i).

Related to Supplied Materials

  • SAP Materials means any materials (including statistical reports) provided, developed or made available by SAP (independently or with Customer’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Professional Services to Customer. SAP Materials do not include the Customer Data, Customer Confidential Information or the Cloud Service. SAP Materials may also be referred to in the Agreement as “Cloud Materials”.

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Cloud Materials do not include any Customer Data, Provider Confidential Information, or the SAP Cloud Service.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning given in clause 8.1(h).

  • Goods/Materials means any of the articles, materials, machinery, equipments, supplies, drawing, data and other property and all services including but not limited to design, delivery, installation, inspection, testing and commissioning specified or required to complete the order.
