Common use of Repayment of Overpayment Clause in Contracts

Repayment of Overpayment. In the event of an overpayment to a unit employee, the District agrees to make every effort to work out an acceptable repayment plan with the affected employee. If the overpayment is for an amount more than $100, and the employee and District are unable to agree on a repayment plan, the District agrees not to withhold more than 10% of the amount owed from each paycheck until such overpayment is repaid.
