Replaced Employees Sample Clauses

Replaced Employees. An employee who is replaced in accordance with Subd. 1., 2., or 3. of this Section shall have the right to replace the least senior employee in a lower category, provided the employee has more seniority than the employee being replaced and is qualified to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position. This procedure shall be repeated until the least senior Category D employee is laid-off.
