Replacement of Scheduling Coordinator. At least forty-five (45) days prior to the end of the Facility Term, or as soon as practicable before the date of any termination of this Power Purchase Agreement prior to the end of the Facility Term, Seller shall take all actions necessary to terminate the designation of SCE as Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator.
