REPORTING AND CALL-IN PAY. 14.1 An employee who is scheduled to report for work during his or her normal work week and who does report ready for work in accordance with this schedule, shall be guaranteed, as a minimum, four (4) hours straight time pay at his or her regular hourly rate provided he or she has not been previously notified before the conclusion of the previous day’s work not to report. Section 14.1 shall not apply where the Board’s failure to provide work is because an employee refuses available work or because of circumstances beyond the Board’s control. Any employee so reporting may be assigned to other work.
