Relief Work. 18.1 An employee required to leave his/her assigned location to do relief work temporarily will be allowed all necessary expenses on production of vouchers and will be paid the rate of his/her assigned position or that of the position relieved, whichever is the higher.
18.2 Other employees doing relief work, except regular relieving employees, will be paid the same wages, without expenses, as the employees they relieve, provided that such wages are not less than their own
Relief Work. Deadheading in connection with relief work which men have bid in or claimed on seniority basis shall not be paid for, but when not so bid in or claimed, any such deadheading will be paid for.
Relief Work. The pay time for relief work performed by an employee who relieves another employee and completes scheduled platform work, when such relief work is not performed as overtime work, will be one and one-half time the scheduled work hours performed in the relief unless such pay time would exceed that of a minimum day, in which case the pay time for the relief work will be the pay time for the run less the hours worked by the employee relieved and less any overtime premium included in the pay time for the run for any scheduled work hours not worked in the relief work or that of a minimum day, whichever is greater, except that if relief is caused by act of the employee relieved, the pay time for the relief will be the pay time of the run less the hours worked by the employee relieved and less any overtime premium included in the pay time for the run for any scheduled work hours not worked in the relief work. Relief required due to request of the employee will be classed as relief by act of the employee. If such relief work is performed as overtime work, the pay time therefore will be one and one-half times the scheduled work hours performed in the relief. The pay time for an employee who is relieved will be with respect to the scheduled time for the work one has performed.
Relief Work. An employee who relieves a Depart ment Head for one (1) week or more will receive the minimum Department Head rate for the store involved, and he shall receive the progressive wage rates for such classification provided herein if he relieves long enough to be eligible.

Relief Work. (a) This subclause applies to a permanent employee designated as a Customer Service Officer Relief and/or a Customer Service Relief. 34.5(b) An employee will be paid a relief allowance of $50.00 per week (calculated on a daily basis) and this amount will be paid for all time worked in a relief role and also whilst an employee is on paid leave. Subject to paragraph (c) below, this allowance applies in lieu of any other travel related payment under this clause 34.
Relief Work. For the purpose of computing premium pay, a relief worker who provides holiday or sickness relief shall be paid overtime rates for the first shift and for Saturday, Sunday and Holidays that fall within the first set of shifts (5, 6 or 7 days - whichever the shift consists of). Such premium will be paid for the first set of shifts following transfer from the employee's regular classification. It will not apply to subsequent shift changes which occur while the employee is acting in the relief capacity. However, a relief employee will not be required to work more than 2 complete sets of shifts without 2 days off.
Relief Work. Relief Work will be offered to the most senior, qualified, available employee who has passed their probationary period as of April 20, 2003 and works at the location where the relief work is available.
Relief Work. If a Maintenance Operator or Dispatcher is required for relief work other than during his/her normal weekly scheduled shift, the Maintenance Operator or Dispatcher will be compensated at the applicable overtime rate for the first shift change outside his/her normal shift and then will be paid at the straight time rate for as long as he/she pulls the shift. Shift change pay will not apply if the change is made during a regularly established day shift (day maintenance to day operations, day non-rotating dispatch to day rotating dispatch, etc.).
