REPORTING AND CALL-IN PAY. ‌ Any Employee who is scheduled to report for work on their regularly scheduled shift and who presents themselves for work as scheduled, but where work is not available or a full shift’s work is not available for them, shall be compensated at their regular rate for all scheduled hours in that shift. Any Employee called to return to work immediately, and such call is after the employee has left the Employer’s premises at the end of their last shift, shall be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours at the rate of one and one-half (1½) times the regular rate.
