REPORTING AND CALL-IN PAY. a. An employee who is scheduled or required to and does report for work on any day, and is not assigned work for at least one-half the regular shift, shall be paid for one-half of the employee's regular shift, not to exceed four (4) hours. This does not apply to declared catastrophes.

REPORTING AND CALL-IN PAY. a.
