REPORTING AND CALL-IN PAY. 13A. Any employee who is scheduled or required to and does report for work on any day and is not put to work for at least one-half of said employee's regular shift shall be paid at said employee's regular rate for one-half of said employee's regular shift, not to exceed four (4) hours, except as otherwise set forth herein.
