REPORTING AND NOISE COMPLAINTS. 15.1 Every three months following the Runway Extension coming into Operation, the Airport Operator shall compile and deliver to the Council, within a period of four weeks from the end of the three months, a report comprising details on, for the previous three months,:- 15.1.1 the number of Public Transport Aircraft passengers passing through the Airport; 15.1.2 the number of Aeroplane and Helicopter flight movements (separating out the movements associated with Emergency and Governmental Activities); 15.1.3 the weight bands, aircraft Chapter and runway use of Aeroplanes taking off and landing at the Airport; 15.1.4 the results of the monitoring carried out pursuant to the agreed Second Noise Management Plan together with the identification of any breaches of the agreed Second Noise Management Plan; and 15.1.5 any noise complaints made to the Airport Operator by the public, the details to include (in tabular form) the address of the complainant, the nature of the complaint and the response of the Airport Operator. 15.2 Prior to the Runway Extension coming into Operation, the Airport Operator shall submit to the Council for approval a format for the report required under paragraph 15.1 of this Schedule 1 and the Airport Operator shall submit all reports required under paragraph 15.1 of this Schedule 1 to the Council in the approved format. 15.3 Prior to the Runway Extension coming into Operation and pursuant to paragraph 13.6.4 of this Schedule 1, the Airport Operator shall establish and thereafter publicise (including through mechanisms such as the Airport's website, newsletters and the Council) and maintain a noise complaints service during 07.00 and 23.00 which shall investigate the cause of all noise complaints made to the Airport Operator by the public. The Airport Operator shall provide a written response to each formal complaint as part of the noise complaint service indicating the outcome of the investigation and any action proposed to be taken to review or modify procedures as a result of the complaint. 15.4 Upon the written request of the Council, the Airport Operator shall provide to the Council a copy of any noise complaints made to the Airport Operator by the public in any time period specified by the Council together with a copy of the Airport Operator's response to such complaints. 15.5 Unless otherwise agreed with the Council, from the date that the Runway Extension comes into Operation to the End Date of both of the Runway Extension and Term...

  • Sick Leave Reporting and Verification Employees must promptly notify their supervisor on their first day of sick leave and each day after, unless there is mutual agreement to do otherwise. If an employee is in a position where a relief replacement is necessary if they are absent, they will notify their supervisor at least two (2) hours prior to their scheduled time to report to work (excluding leave taken in accordance with the Domestic Violence Act). Unless otherwise precluded by law, the Employer has reason to suspect abuse, the Employer may require a written medical certificate for any sick leave absence.
