AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.
DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK Firms and/or individuals that assisted in the development or drafting of the specifications, requirements, statements of work, or solicitation documents contained herein are excluded from competing for this solicitation. This shall not be applicable to firms and/or individuals providing responses to a publicly posted Request for Information (RFI) associated with a solicitation.
STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING When CONTRACTOR is an NPS, per implementation of Senate Bill 484, CONTRACTOR shall administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram with the exception of the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”) to be completed by the LEA, and as appropriate to the student, and mandated by XXX xxxxxxxx to LEA and state and federal guidelines. CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.
Supplier Diversity Seller shall comply with Xxxxx’s Supplier Diversity Program in accordance with Appendix V.
VACANCIES, TERM POSITIONS AND NEW POSITIONS 3001 Subject to section 3002 herein, the Employer agrees to post notices of vacant, term or new positions covered under this Agreement for at least seven (7) days to enable nurses presently in the employ of the Employer to apply for same. Such posting shall not preclude the Employer from advertising outside the site premises. All postings shall state minimum qualifications required, the equivalent to full-time (E.F.T.) and date of closing of the competition. Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by MLTC for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by MLTC, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit MLTC to route the MLTC Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by MLTC. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by MLTC and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at MLTC's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, MLTC will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. MLTC shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to MLTC’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.
Collocation Transfer of Responsibility Without Working Circuits The Collocation is not serving any End User Customers and does not have active service terminations (e.g., Interconnection trunks or UNE Loops) or 2) Collocation Transfer of Responsibility With Working Circuits – The Collocation has active service terminations, such as Interconnection trunks or is serving End User Customers.
Location Based Services The Software's location based services (“LBS”) can be used with Devices that are equipped with a GPS receiver or devices that utilize cellular based location capabilities. The LBS feature in the Software is powered by Microsoft's Bing Maps technology. The Terms of Use and Privacy Statement for Microsoft’s Bing Maps technology may be accessed at: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/maps/assets/docs/terms.aspx; xxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/en- us/default.mspx . In order to access this third-party system, the product registration code is passed from the Software to the SOTI and/or its suppliers LBS Server, which in turn requests a non-identifying token from Microsoft’s Bing Maps service on behalf of the end user.
