Reporting of Client Abuse or Neglect. The Contractor shall comply with all reporting requirements relative to Client abuse and neglect, including but not limited to requirements as specified in C.G.S. §§ 17a-101 through 17a-101q, inclusive, 17a-102a, 17a-103 through17a-103e, inclusive, 19a-216, 46b 120 (related to children); C.G.S. § 46a-11b (relative to persons with intellectual disabilities or any individual who receives services from the State); and C.G.S. § 17a-412 (relative to elderly persons).

  • Processing of Customer Personal Data 3.1 UKG will:

  • School Conference and Activities Leave Leaves of absence without pay of up to a total of sixteen (16) hours during any twelve (12) month period for the purpose of attending school, pre-school or child care provider conferences and classroom activities of the employee's child, provided that such conferences and classroom activities cannot be scheduled during non-work hours. As part of its contract with HHSC Contractor may receive or create sensitive personal information, as section 521.002 of the Business and Commerce Code defines that phrase. Contractor must use appropriate safeguards to protect this sensitive personal information. These safeguards must include maintaining the sensitive personal information in a form that is unusable, unreadable, or indecipherable to unauthorized persons. Contractor may consult the “Guidance to Render Unsecured Protected Health Information Unusable, Unreadable, or Indecipherable to Unauthorized Individuals” issued by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to determine ways to meet this standard.

  • Personal Data, Confidentiality, Recording of Telephone Calls and Records 22.1. The Company may collect client information directly from the Client (in his completed Account Opening Application Form or otherwise) or from other persons including, for example, the credit reference agencies, fraud prevention agencies, banks, other financial institutions, third authentication service providers and the providers of public registers.
