Reporting of Results of the Innovation Hub. 8.1.1. The Parties of the Innovation Hub commit to reporting all findings which may constitute Results to the Project Manager. The potential Result shall be reported by the Party, or the joint Parties as may be the case, having invented, created, developed or discovered the Result and said Party or Parties shall be regarded as the inventor(s) and creator(s) of the Result. Should another Party of the Innovation Hub, completely or in part, contest the claim of a reporting Party or Parties, and should the contesting Party be able to present evidence thereof, the Project Board shall regard such other Party as, completely or in part, being the reporting Party. A dispute which is not settled amicably between the Parties concerned shall be settled pursuant to Section 14.

  • Termination and Results of Termination 24.1. Without prejudice to the Company’s rights under this Agreement to terminate it immediately without prior notice to the Client, each Party may terminate this Agreement by giving at least three (3) Business Days Written Notice to the other Party.

  • Publication of Results The National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20112) requires NASA to provide for the widest practicable and appropriate dissemination of information concerning its activities and the results thereof. As such, NASA may publish unclassified and non-Proprietary Data resulting from work performed under this Agreement. The Parties will coordinate publication of results allowing a reasonable time to review and comment.

  • Justification and Anticipated Results The Privacy Act requires that each matching agreement specify the justification for the program and the anticipated results, including a specific estimate of any savings. 5 U.S.C. § 552a(o)(1)(B).

  • Financial Records 26.1.1 CONTRACTOR shall prepare and maintain accurate and complete financial records. Financial records shall be retained by CONTRACTOR for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of final payment under this Contract, or until all pending COUNTY, State, and federal audits are completed, whichever is later.

  • Reporting of Disclosures The MCP agrees to promptly report to ODM any inappropriate use or disclosure of PHI not in accordance with this Agreement or applicable law, including a breach of unsecured PHI as required at 45 CFR 164.410 and any security incident the MCP has knowledge of or reasonably should have knowledge of under the circumstances.

  • Accounting of Disclosures Business Associate shall document disclosures of PHI and all information related to such disclosures as would be required for Covered Entity to respond to a request by an Individual for an accounting of disclosures of PHI in accordance with 45 CFR § 164.528. Business Associate shall provide such information to Covered Entity or as directed by Covered Entity to an Individual, to permit Covered Entity to respond to an accounting request. Business Associate shall provide such information in the time and manner reasonably designated by Covered Entity. Within three (3) business days, Business Associate shall forward to Covered Entity for handling any accounting request that Business Associate directly receives from an Individual.
