Reporting Off/On Procedure. Every effort must be made to give supervisors advance notice of reporting off with the exception of emergencies. When reporting off, the employee must notify his/her supervisor at least two (2) hours in advance of the employee’s start time. Reporting on should be made to the supervisor the day before the employee intends to return to work. Employees shall not use an email or text message to report calling off from work or to report his/her return to work.
