Reporting Pay and Minimum Pay. Section 14.1 Employees starting a shift or those called in to work and starting to work after the starting time of a shift shall receive not less than four (4) hours pay for the first period of the shift and if required to continue on the second period of shift, they shall receive pay for a full shift.
