Reporting Pay Full-Time. Employees who report for any scheduled shift will be guaranteed at least four (4) hours of work, or if no work is available, will be paid at least four (4) hours except when work is not available due to conditions beyond the control of the Corporation.   • Regular Full-Time A regular full-time employee is any person employed on a full-time permanent basis whose duties fall within the bargaining unit as defined in Article 2 of this Agreement and who has completed the probationary period.

  • Full-Time A full-time employee is an employee who regularly works forty (40) hours per week and 2080 hours per calendar year.

  • Full-Time and Part-Time The prepaid leave provisions as set out in Article 11.11 of the Collective Agreement shall apply provided the overall total does not exceed ten (10) nurses at any one time and no more than one (1) at any one time in any one unit.

  • Less-Than-Full-Time Employees (a) For less-than-full-time employees (including part-time, seasonal, and intermittent employees), who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in the month, the Employer shall contribute a prorated amount of the contribution for full-time employees. This prorated contribution shall be based on the ratio of paid regular hours to full-time hours to the nearest full percent, except that less-than-full-time employees who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month shall receive no less than one-half (½) of the contribution for full-time employees.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.
