Common use of REPORTING PROVISIONS Clause in Contracts

REPORTING PROVISIONS. By 10/07/2019, the District will submit to OCR, for its review and approval, the revised procedures developed in accordance with section I.A, above. If OCR requires changes to the revised procedures, the District will re-submit the revised procedures within 30 calendar days of receiving notice of the required changes. The District and OCR will continue this process until OCR approves the revised procedures.

Within 60 days of receiving OCR's written approval of the revised procedures developed in accordance with section I.A, above. If OCR requires changes to the revised procedurespolicies and form(s), the District will re-submit to OCR documentation demonstrating the District has adopted and implemented the revised procedures within 30 calendar days of receiving notice of the required changes. The District policies and OCR will continue this process until OCR approves the revised proceduresform(s).

If OCR requires changes any revisions to the revised proposed policies and procedures, the District district will re-submit make the revised revisions and resubmit the policies and procedures within 30 calendar 20 days of receiving OCR’s notice of the required changesrevisions. If OCR requires any changes to the revised procedures, the District district will re-submit the revised procedures within 30 calendar days of receiving notice of the required changesrevisions from OCR. The District district and OCR will continue this process until OCR approves the revised procedures.

If OCR requires changes to the revised procedurespolicies, the District will re-submit resubmit the revised procedures policies within 30 calendar days of receiving notice of the required changes. The District and OCR will continue repeat this process until OCR approves the revised procedurespolicies. 2. Within 45 days of receiving OCR’s written approval of the revised policies, the District will provide documentation to OCR demonstrating that it has adopted and implemented the revised policies.
