Notice and Training Sample Clauses
The Notice and Training clause establishes requirements for providing formal notifications and necessary training related to the agreement. Typically, it outlines how and when parties must inform each other about important developments, such as policy changes or incidents, and specifies obligations to deliver training to relevant personnel to ensure compliance with contractual or legal standards. This clause helps ensure that all parties remain informed and adequately prepared, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or non-compliance.
Notice and Training. The superintendent will develop procedures to provide information and education to district staff, parents and volunteers regarding this policy and the recognition and prevention of sexual harassment. At a minimum, sexual harassment recognition and prevention and the elements of this policy will be included in staff and regular volunteer orientation. This policy and the procedure, which includes the complaint process, will be posted in each district building in a place available to staff, parents, volunteers and visitors. Information about the policy and procedure will be clearly stated and conspicuously posted throughout each school building, provided to each employee and reproduce in each staff, volunteer and parent handbook. Such notices will identify the District's Title IX coordinator and provide contact information, including the coordinator's email address.
Notice and Training. 1. Within 45 days of receiving OCR’s approval of the policies and procedures pursuant to section IV.A, above, the district will submit a report to OCR containing a copy of the notice sent to staff pursuant to section III.B.1, above.
2. Within 75 days of receiving OCR’s approval of the policies and procedures pursuant to section IV.A, above, the district will submit a report to OCR describing the training provided pursuant to section III.B.2, above. The report will contain, at a minimum:
a. the date and time of the training;
b. the name and qualifications of the person providing the training;
c. a copy of the materials used to provide the training;
d. a list of staff with position titles who attended the training; and
e. for any required staff who were not able to attend the training, a description of the district’s plan to provide them with the training.
Notice and Training. 1. Within 30 days of receiving OCR’s approval of the policies and procedures described in section III.A, above, the district will provide notice to all staff regarding the policies and procedures. The notice may be made electronically.
2. Within 60 days of receiving OCR’s approval of the policies and procedures described in section III.A, above, the district will provide training to all teachers who teach students with disabilities who utilize special education transportation, as well as the principals, vice principals, and any special education administrators at each of those schools, regarding the policies and procedures.

Notice and Training. 1. By August 15, 2014, the college will provide OCR a copy of the written notice referenced above in section III.B.1.
2. By September 15, 2014, the college will provide OCR a report on the training referenced above in section III.B.2, including a copy of the training materials, date of training, a copy of the attendance sheet, and the name and title of the trainer.
Notice and Training. Any employee required to provide school health services shall be given all the following: 1) a copy of a written Medical Procedure Authorization, completed and signed by a licensed physician and the student's parent or guardian~ 2) appropriate training by a licensed health professional regarding the fimctions delegated to the employee in the authorization. All costs, including the time taken by the member, in connection with the training shall be paid by the Board.
Notice and Training. Within 90 school days of receiving approval from OCR of the revised policies and procedures as described in the reporting section below, the district will:
1. Provide written notice of the policies and procedures to all district employees. The district will also update any printed materials and website information, as necessary, to incorporate changes made to the policies and procedures.
2. Provide training to the teachers and administrators at XXXXXX XXXXXX School regarding the policies and procedures.
Notice and Training. 1. Within 45 days of receiving notice that OCR approved its policies and procedures developed under section III.A, as described in the reporting section below, the ASDOE will provide written notice of the policies and procedures to all teaching and administrative staff working at the ASDOE. The notice may be made electronically by e-mail, or by mail.
2. Within 45 days of receiving notice that OCR approved its policies and procedures, as described in the reporting section below, the ASDOE will publish its approved policies and procedures pursuant to section III.A, above, on ASDOE’s publically accessible website and school websites, accessible to persons with vision disabilities. If a school does not have a website, the school will provide written notice to all parents of the policies and procedures, with a description where the parents can review the policies and procedures.
3. Within 45 days of receiving notice that OCR approved its policies and procedures, as described in the reporting section, below, the ASDOE will provide training to all of its teaching, paraprofessional, disability services provider staff, and administrators on the policies and procedures developed pursuant to section III.A, above.
Notice and Training. By February 10, 2014, the District will provide OCR with a summary of its actions required under Sections III.B.1 and III.B.2, including a copy of the information provided by the District and a description of how and where the information was disseminated and published; and a description of the training(s) provided by the assistant general counsel and/or disability accommodation officer, and a list of the employees who attended the training(s).
Notice and Training. 1. By August 1, 2014, or once the district has an OCR-approved non-discriminatory policy and procedure as described in section III.A.1, the district will provide OCR with a draft notice as described in section III.B.1.
2. Within 30 days of receiving OCR’s input regarding the notice, the district will provide OCR with a revised notice that is responsive to OCR’s input.
