Reporting Unsafe Conditions. 22.2.1 Unit members will report in writing, except in emergencies, to their immediate supervisor, any condition which poses a threat to the safety of any person associated with the District. 22.2.2 No unit member of the District shall be required by district or local school administration to search for bombs or any other type of explosive material. 22.2.3 No employee shall be in any way discriminated against as a result of reporting any conditions believed to be a violation of the above.
