Unfounded Derogatory Material Sample Clauses

Unfounded Derogatory Material. If derogatory material (other than Final Evaluation forms and Evaluation Observation instruments) which the employee believes to be unfounded is placed (or will be placed) in an employee's personnel file, the employee may initiate a grievance to determine the veracity of the derogatory material.
