Reporting Unsafe Conditions. A. Employees or the Union will inform supervisory personnel when an unsafe or unhealthy working condition is detected. The employee may submit a summary of the problem to Management directly or via the Union or Safety Committee or local Safety Officer. Local Management will report, in writing, to the Union any unsafe or unhealthy working conditions that are reported.
