Reports from the Ceding Company. (a) For so long as this Agreement remains in effect, the Ceding Company shall provide to the Reinsurer the reports set forth on Schedule K-2 within the applicable time periods listed therein; provided, that from time to time after the Effective Time, the Parties may mutually agree to amend the formats of such reports.
Reports from the Ceding Company. The Ceding Company shall deliver to the Reinsurer (a) the information set forth on Schedule N in accordance with the scope and timeframes set forth therein and (b) such other information that is reasonably requested by the Reinsurer, reasonably related to the Reinsured Risks and is not unduly burdensome to the Ceding Company; provided, that the Reinsurer shall reimburse the Ceding Company for the Ceding Company’s reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses related to the provision of such other information. In the event the Reinsurer’s request for such other information is unduly burdensome to the Ceding Company, the Parties agree to discuss alternative means by which the Reinsurer may be able to obtain such information.
Reports from the Ceding Company. (e) For so long as this Agreement remains in effect, the Ceding Company shall promptly provide to the Reinsurer the reports set forth on Schedule J within the applicable time periods listed therein.
