Reports of the Union. B. Notices and announcements shall not contain anything political or controversial, or anything reflecting upon the Employer or any of its employees. No materials or notices of announcements which violate the provisions of this Article shall be posted. If materials are posted in violation of this Article, the Union Xxxxxxx shall be directed to remove such materials immediately; failure to remove will result in disciplinary action. The posting of all such notices shall be done by either the Union officers, Business Representative, Chief Xxxxxxx, Alternate Xxxxxxx, or Stewards. A copy of all such posted notices will be forwarded to the Superintendent or his/her designee.
