Reports of unusual occurrence. On the first day of each week, the Concessionaire shall, send to the Authority and the Independent Panel, by facsimile or e-mail, a report stating all accidents and unusual occurrences on the Project, relating to the safety and security of the Patients, Students, visitors and staff and the Project in the preceding week. A monthly summary of such reports shall also be sent within 3 (three) days of the closing of each month. For the purposes of this Clause 19.2, accidents and unusual occurrences in the Project shall include:
