Common use of Reports of unusual occurrence Clause in Contracts

Reports of unusual occurrence. The Concessionaire shall, prior to the close of each day, send to the Authority and the Independent Engineer, by facsimile or e-mail, a report stating accidents and unusual occurrences on the Bus Terminal relating to the safety and security of the Users, Bus Terminal and passengers. A weekly and monthly summary of such reports shall also be sent within three days of the closing of each week and month, as the case may be. For the purposes of this Clause 19.5, accidents and unusual occurrences on the Bus Terminal shall include: (a) death or injury to any person; (b) damaged or dislodged fixed equipment; (c) any obstruction on the Bus Terminal, which results in slow down of the services being provided by the Concessionaire; (d) disablement of any equipment during operation; (e) communication failure affecting the operation of Bus Terminal; (f) smoke or fire; (g) flooding of Bus Terminal; (h) any incident affecting the or relating to Safety requirements; and (i) such other relevant information as may be required by the Authority or the Independent Engineer.
