Common use of Reports of unusual occurrence Clause in Contracts

Reports of unusual occurrence. The Concessionaire shall, prior to the close of each day, send to the Authority and the Independent Engineer, by facsimile or e-mail, a report stating accidents and unusual occurrences on the Project relating to the safety and security of the Users and the Project. A weekly and monthly summary of such reports shall also be sent within 3 (three) days of the closing of each week and month, as the case may be. For the purposes of this Clause 19.5, accidents and unusual occurrences on the Project shall include: (a) Death or injury to any person; (b) Damaged or dislodged fixed equipment; (c) Any damage or obstruction on the Project, which results in slow down of the services being provided by the Concessionaire; (d) Disablement of any equipment during operation; (e) Communication failure affecting the operation of the Project; (f) Smoke or fire; (g) Flooding of the Project; and (h) Such other relevant information as may be required by the Authority or the Independent Engineer.

The Concessionaire Service Provider shall, prior to the close of each dayweek (or each day when a major incident occurs), send to the Contracting Authority and the Independent EngineerExpert, by facsimile or e-mail, a report stating accidents and unusual occurrences on the Project Network relating to the safety and security of the Users and the ProjectProject Network. A weekly and monthly summary of such reports shall also be sent within 3 (three) days of the closing of each week and month, as the case may be. For the purposes of this Clause 19.5, accidents and unusual occurrences on the Project Network shall include: (a) Death death or injury to any person; (b) Damaged damaged or dislodged fixed equipment; (c) Any damage or any obstruction on the ProjectProject Network, which results in slow down of the services being provided by the ConcessionaireService Provider; (d) Disablement disablement of any equipment during operation; (e) Communication communication failure affecting the operation of the ProjectProject Network; (f) Smoke smoke or fire; (g) Flooding flooding of the ProjectProject Network; and (h) Such such other relevant information as may be required by the Contracting Authority or the Independent EngineerExpert such as any event which impacts on the structural integrity of any element of the Project Network (or associated infrastructure).

A weekly and monthly summary of such reports shall also be sent within 3 (three) days of the closing of each week and month, as the case may be. For the purposes of this Clause 19.516.6, accidents and unusual occurrences on the Project Highway shall include: (a) Death death or injury to any person; (b) Damaged damaged or dislodged fixed equipment; (c) Any damage or any obstruction on the ProjectProject Highway, which results in slow down of the services being provided by the Concessionaire; (d) Disablement disablement of any equipment during operation; (e) Communication communication failure affecting the operation of the Project; Project Highway; (f) Smoke smoke or fire; (g) Flooding of the Project; and (h) Such other relevant information as may be required by the Authority or the Independent Engineer.

For the purposes of this Clause 19.519.6, accidents and unusual occurrences on the Project Bus Port shall include: (a) Death death or injury to any person; (b) Damaged damaged or dislodged fixed equipment; (c) Any damage or any obstruction on the ProjectProject Bus Port, which results in slow down of the services being provided by the Concessionaire; (d) Disablement disablement of any equipment during operation; (e) Communication communication failure affecting the operation of the ProjectProject Bus Port; (f) Smoke smoke or fire; (g) Flooding flooding of the ProjectProject Bus Port; and (h) Such such other relevant information as may be required by the Authority or the Independent Engineer.

Such other relevant information as may be required by the Authority or the Independent Engineer.

For the purposes of this Clause 19.519.6, accidents and unusual occurrences on the Project shall include: (a) Death death or injury to any person; (b) Damaged damaged or dislodged fixed equipment; (c) Any damage or any obstruction on the Project, which results in slow down of the services being provided by the Concessionaire; (d) Disablement disablement of any equipment during operation; (e) Communication communication failure affecting the operation of the Project; (f) Smoke smoke or fire; (g) Flooding flooding of the Project; and (h) Such such other relevant information as may be required by the Authority MOPIT or the Independent Engineer.

For the purposes of this Clause 19.516.6, accidents and unusual occurrences on the Project Road shall include: (a) Death death or injury to any person; (b) Damaged damaged or dislodged fixed equipment; (c) Any damage or any obstruction on the ProjectProject Road, which results in slow down of the services being provided by the Concessionaire; (d) Disablement disablement of any equipment during operation; (e) Communication communication failure affecting the operation of the ProjectProject Road; (f) Smoke smoke or fire; (g) Flooding flooding of the ProjectProject Road; and (h) Such such other relevant information as may be required by the Authority or the Independent Engineer.

The Concessionaire shall, prior to the close end of each daymonth, send to the Authority and the Independent Engineer, by facsimile or e-mail, a report stating accidents and unusual occurrences on the Sports Infrastructure Project relating to the safety and security of the Users and the Sports Infrastructure Project. A weekly and monthly quarterly summary of such reports shall also be sent within 3 (three) days of the closing of each week and monthquarter, as the case may be. For the purposes of this Clause Article 19.5, accidents and unusual occurrences on the Sports Infrastructure Project shall include: (a) Death death or injury to any person; (b) Damaged damaged or dislodged fixed equipment; (c) Any damage or any obstruction on the Sports Infrastructure Project, which results in slow down of the services being provided by the Concessionaire; (d) Disablement disablement of any equipment during operation; (e) Communication communication failure affecting the operation of the Sports Infrastructure Project; (f) Smoke smoke or fire; (g) Flooding flooding of the Sports Infrastructure Project; and (h) Such such other relevant information as may be required by the Authority or the Independent Engineer.
