Common use of Reports of unusual occurrence Clause in Contracts

Reports of unusual occurrence. The Concessionaire shall, upon occurrence of accidents or unusual occurrences on the Rail System, send to MOR, by facsimile or e-mail, a report, in a mutually agreed form, stating accidents and unusual occurrences on the Rail System relating to the safety and security of the Users and the Rail System, as soon as reasonably practicable, and in any event no later than 24 (twenty four) hours after such occurrence. A weekly and monthly summary of such reports shall also be sent within 3 (three) days of the closing of each week and month, as the case may be. For the purpose of this Clause 18.13, accidents and unusual occurrences on the Rail System shall include:
