Common use of Reports of unusual Clause in Contracts

Reports of unusual. occurrence (a) death or injury to any person; (b) damaged or dislodged of equipment; (c) any obstruction on the premises, which results in slow down of the services being provided by the Licensee or which may result in slowdown of the services provided by the Aurthority; (d) communication failure affecting the operation of premises; (e) smoke or fire; (f) flooding of Licensed premises; and (g) such other relevant information as may be required by Maha-Metro.
