Common use of Reports of unusual Clause in Contracts

Reports of unusual. occurrence The Operator shall, prior to the close of each day, send to the Authority, by facsimile or e- mail, a report stating the failures, accidents and unusual occurrences relating to the Buses. A weekly and monthly summary of such reports shall also be sent within [3 (three)] days of the closing of each week and month, as the case may be.
