Reports to Beneficiary Committee. Commencing thirty (30) days after the month-end following the Effective Date and continuing each calendar quarter thereafter until the Shared Assets Trust is terminated, and except as otherwise agreed by the Beneficiary Committee, the Shared Assets Trustee shall provide written reports to the members of the Beneficiary Committee which shall contain, at least, the following: (i) the aggregate amount of Cash and an estimate of the value of the Trust Assets held by the Shared Assets Trust at the end of such period; (ii) the aggregate amount of expenses disbursed during such period; (iii) a cash flow statement for such period; (iv) the proposed terms of settlement of Avoidance Actions and Claims objections; (v) a description of all Avoidance Actions and all other Causes of Action and Disputed Administrative/Priority Claims that have been resolved, whether by Bankruptcy Court order, settlement or dismissal; (v) the status of the liquidation of the non-cash Trust Assets; and (vi) a list of material disputes pending at the end of such period. The Shared Assets Trustee also will provide such additional information to the Beneficiary Committee as may be requested.

  • Benefits Advisory Committee The Board agrees to establish a Benefits Advisory Committee to provide stakeholder input into maintaining quality and affordable benefits. The focus of this committee shall be to:

  • Joint Benefits Committee In order to achieve benefit cost reductions, or at a minimum, cost containment, the parties agree to establish and aggressively participate in a Joint Benefits Committee.   • TRANSITION COMMITTEE 8.1.0 A transition committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, will be established by January 31, 2016 to address all matters that may arise in the creation of the Trust.

  • JOINT ADVISORY COMMITTEE 5.01 A Joint Advisory Committee shall operate during the term of this agreement consisting of one (1) employee representative from each location and up to an equal number of employer representatives who shall meet at least once every six (6) months to discuss working conditions, economy of operation, quality and quantity of service, safety and health, workplace stress, violence and abuse prevention, and other matters to promote an ongoing harmonious relationship between the Employer and its employees. The Joint Advisory Committee shall meet at the request of either party. The full-time Union Representative may attend said meetings. All time spent attending Joint Advisory Committee meetings by employees shall be considered time worked but time spent at “pre-meetings” will not be considered time worked.

  • Search Committee Where the search is to be both internal and external, when there are two or more candidates, or when the sole candidate does not receive majority endorsement of the eligible members of the Department, the Xxxx/University Librarian shall convene a search committee having the following membership:
