REPRESENTATION AT DISCIPLINARY HEARING. 4.1 At the disciplinary hearing, the Unit member may appear personally and shall have the right to be represented by counsel and any other person(s) allowed by the hearing officer, but during the disciplinary hearing only one person shall have the right to present the appeal on behalf of the Unit member.
