Representation Fee Deductions. It is understood that the Association may establish provisions for an employee to elect not to be a member but still elect to pay a voluntary representation fee. The Association will notify the District of any employee who makes such election and the amount to bebe deducted from the employee’s pay. Representation fee deductions shall be handled and transmitted by the Board in the same fashion as membership deductions as provided for in this Article.
