Representation in meetings. Any Party which is a member of a Consortium Body (hereinafter referred to as "Member"): - should be present or represented at any meeting; - may appoint a substitute by presenting a proxy statement to the chairperson of the General Assembly, in order to attend the meeting and vote; such substitute shall be bound by the non-disclosure obligations such as described in Section 10 of this Consortium Agreement to attend and vote at any meeting; and shall participate in a cooperative manner in the meetings.
