Representations Regarding Use of Services. The Partnership Entities represent and agree that they will use the EPCO Services only in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and in accordance with the reasonable conditions, rules, regulations, and specifications that may be set forth in any manuals, materials, documents, or instructions furnished from time to time by EPCO to such Partnership Entities. EPCO reserves the right to take all actions, including, without limitation, termination of any portion of the EPCO Services for any Partnership Entity that it reasonably believes is required to be terminated in order to assure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Representations Regarding Use of Services. The PAGP Entities represent and agree that they will use the GP LLC Services only in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and in accordance with the reasonable conditions, rules, regulations, and specifications that may be set forth in any manuals, materials, documents, or instructions furnished from time to time by GP LLC to such PAGP Entities. GP LLC reserves the right to take all actions, including, without limitation, termination of any portion of the GP LLC Services for any PAGP Entity that it reasonably believes is required to be terminated in order to assure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Representations Regarding Use of Services. The MLP Group Parties hereto represent and agree that they will use (and cause any other MLP Group members controlled by them to use) the EPCO Services only in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and in accordance with the reasonable conditions, rules, regulations, and specifications that may be set forth in any manuals, materials, documents, or instructions furnished from time to time by the EPCO Group to each MLP Group. EPCO, as agent for, and acting on behalf of, the EPCO Group, reserves the right to take all actions, including, without limitation, termination of any portion of the EPCO Services for an MLP Group that it reasonably believes is required to be terminated in order to assure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Each of the AHGP Entities and the ARH II Entities represent and agree that it will use the Services only in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and in accordance with the reasonable conditions, rules, regulations, and specifications that may be set forth in any manuals, materials, documents, or instructions furnished from time to time by ARLP or its Affiliate to such entities. ARLP reserves the right to take all actions, including, without limitation, termination of any portion of the Services, that it reasonably believes is required to assure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The ARP Entities and represent and agree that it will use the Services only in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and in accordance with the reasonable conditions, rules, regulations, and specifications that may be set forth in any manuals, materials, documents, or instructions furnished from time to time by Xxxxxxxxx Energy to such entities. Xxxxxxxxx Energy reserves the right to take all actions, including, without limitation, termination of any portion of the Services, that it reasonably believes is required to assure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The General Partner represents and agrees that it will use the Services only in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and in accordance with the reasonable conditions, rules, regulations, and specifications that may be set forth in any manuals, materials, documents, or instructions furnished from time to time by the General Partner to EPCO or by EPCO to the General Partner. EPCO reserves the right to take all actions, including, without limitation, termination of any particular Services, that EPCO reasonably believes to be necessary to assure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Representations Regarding Use of Services. Each Relevant Entity represents and agrees that it will use the Services only in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Service Provider reserves the right to take all actions, including, without limitation, termination of any portion of the Services for any Relevant Entity that Service Provider reasonably believes are required to be terminated in order to assure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including, without limitation, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

OLP, on behalf of itself and the other members of the Partnership Entities, represents and agrees that it will use the EPCO Services only in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and in accordance with the reasonable conditions, rules, regulations, and specifications that may be set forth in any manuals, materials, documents, or instructions furnished from time to time by EPCO to the Partnership Entities. EPCO reserves the right to take all actions, including, without limitation, termination of any portion of the EPCO Services that it reasonably believes is required to be terminated in order to assure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
