Representative of CUPE and the Employer. The Union and the Employer shall each have the right at any time to have the assistance of outside representation when dealing or negotiating with each other. Said representative shall be recognized as having the right to advise and assist the Union Bargaining Committee and the right to speak, bargain, and negotiate on their behalf.

  • Representative of the Borrower Addresses Section 7.01. The Minister of Finance of the Borrower is designated as representative of the Borrower for the purposes of Section 11.03 of the General Conditions.
