Common use of Representative Organization Leave Clause in Contracts

Representative Organization Leave. 5‐1‐1 Each school year, official delegates of the Representative Organization will be allowed leave without loss of pay (ref. Idaho Code) to attend regularly scheduled official meetings of the state education association (i.e. IEA Delegate Assembly, standing committees, and task force meetings). Substitute costs will be borne by the District.
