Elementary School Planning Time. Pre-K – 6 teachers will have a minimum of sixty (60) duty‐free minutes of self‐ directed planning time four (4) times per week prior to and following the instructional day. • Sixty (60) minutes per five-day instructional week will be provided during the instructional day. Additional time will be provided as the school schedule allows. • There is an acknowledgement that during some weeks, more than sixty (60) minutes will be provided, and other weeks, situations may arise when less than sixty
Elementary School Planning Time. All elementary school teachers will be provided thirty (30) consecutive minutes of planning time per day. Planning time resulting from the use of teachers of music, art, physical education, and other special subjects shall constitute compliance with the foregoing. All efforts will be made to provide this planning time between the hours of 9:15 and 11:00 a.m. or 1:30 and 3:00 p.m.
