REPRESENTATIVES AND PERSONNEL. 9.1 MWC's Authorised Representative is the person identified in Appendix 3 or any replacement notified to the CMC by MWC from time to time. MWC's Authorised Representative has full authority to act on MWC's behalf in connection with this Contract.

REPRESENTATIVES AND PERSONNEL. 19.1 On or before the Support Services Start Date, Tyk shall appoint a manager who shall be responsible for the co-ordination of all matters relating to the provision of Support Services to ensure that they are properly managed ("Support Services Manager"). The Customer shall appoint a manager who shall function as the Customer's counterpart to the Support Services Manager, responsible for the co-ordination of all matters relating to the receipt of the Support Services ("Customer Manager"). Each party shall notify the other promptly of its appointee. The Support Services Manager shall be available to liaise with, and respond to queries from, the Customer Manager.

  • Representatives Representatives" shall mean officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys, accountants, advisors and representatives.

  • Representative The employee, supervisor, or School Board may be represented during any step of the procedure by any person or agent designated by such party to act in his/her behalf.

  • Independent Contractors The relationship of the parties is that of independent contractors, and neither party will incur any debts or make any commitments for the other party except to the extent expressly provided in this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to create or will be construed as creating between the parties the relationship of joint ventures, co-partners, employer/employee or principal and agent.

  • Agents In the administration of this Agreement, the Plan Administrator may employ agents and delegate to them such administrative duties as it sees fit, (including acting through a duly appointed representative), and may from time to time consult with counsel who may be counsel to the Bank.

  • Contractors All LAUSD Contractors and their Representatives are expected to conduct any and all business affiliated with LAUSD in an ethical and responsible manner that fosters integrity and public confidence. A “Contractor” is any individual, organization, corporation, sole proprietorship, partnership, nonprofit, joint venture, association, or any combination thereof that is pursuing or conducting business with and/or on behalf of LAUSD, including, without limitation, consultants, suppliers, manufacturers, and any other vendors, bidders or proposers. A Contractor’s “Representative” is also broadly defined to include any subcontractors, employees, agents, or anyone else who acts on a Contractor’s behalf.
