Common use of Reprisal to Employees Clause in Contracts

Reprisal to Employees. All employees will be entitled to fair, reasonable and equitable treatment in the processing of grievances. No reprisals of any kind will be made by the Board or its representative or any member of the administration against any bargaining unit member(s) in the grievance procedure by reason of such participation.
