ENHANCED AND SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICES BY COUNTY 8 1. Enhanced services for events on CITY property. At the request of CITY, 9 through its City Manager, SHERIFF may provide enhanced law enforcement 10 services for functions, such as community events, conducted on property 11 that is owned, leased or operated by CITY. SHERIFF shall determine 12 personnel and equipment needed for such enhanced services. To the 13 extent the services provided at such events are at a level greater than that 14 specified in Attachment A of this Agreement, CITY shall reimburse COUNTY 15 for such additional services, at an amount computed by SHERIFF, based on 16 the current year’s COUNTY law enforcement cost study. The cost of these 17 enhanced services shall be in addition to the Maximum Obligation of CITY 18 set forth in Subsection G-2 of this Agreement. Sept. 1, 2023, Section 2276.002, pursuant to House Bill 4595, Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S.) of the Texas Government Code (relating to prohibition on contracts with companies boycotting certain energy companies), Contractor represents and warrants that: (1) it does not, and will not for the duration of the Contract, boycott energy companies or (2) the verification required by Section 2274.002 (eff. Sept. 1, 2023, Section 2276.002, pursuant to House Bill 4595, Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S.) of the Texas Government Code does not apply to the Contract. If circumstances relevant to this provision change during the course of the Contract, Contractor shall promptly notify System Agency.
Relation to other International Agreements 1. The Parties affirm their existing rights and obligations with respect to each other under the WTO Agreement and any other agreements related to trade to which the Parties are party (1). 2. In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and any other agreement to which the Parties are party, the Parties shall immediately consult with each other with a view to finding a mutually satisfactory solution in accordance with rules of interpretation of public international law. 3. If any provision of the WTO Agreement that the Parties have been incorporated to this Agreement is amended and accepted by the Parties at the WTO, such amendment shall be deemed incorporated automatically to this Agreement. (1) The agreements mentioned in paragraph 1 shall include treaties, conventions, agreements, protocols, and memorandums of understanding entered into by the Parties or government agencies of the Parties.
Energy Cooperation shall focus on: (a) renewable energy; (b) promoting the saving of energy; (c) applied research relating to networks of databases linking the two Parties' economic and social operators; (d) backing efforts to modernise and develop energy networks and the interconnection of such networks with Community networks.
Project Understanding Upon request from the CONSULTANT, CITY may provide all criteria and full information as to CITY's and CONSULTANT'S requirements for this part of the project, including design objectives and constraints, space, capacity and performance requirements, flexibility and expendability, and any budgetary limitations. CONSULTANT may request from the CITY to furnish data, reports, surveys, and other materials that may be relied upon in performing CONSULTANT'S services. Authorized representatives of the CITY may at all reasonable times review and inspect the PROJECT activities and data collected under the Agreement and amendments thereto. All reports, drawings, studies, specifications, estimates, maps and computation prepared by or for the CITY in association with this Agreement shall be subject to review. The CITY may at any time request progress reports, prints or copies of any work performed under this Agreement. Refusal by the CONSULTANT to submit progress reports and/or plans shall be cause to withhold payment to the CONSULTANT until the CONSULTANT complies with the CITY’s request in the regard. Plan Document Acknowledgment By accepting the RSUs, you acknowledge that you have received a copy of the Plan, reviewed the Plan, the Agreement and this Addendum A in their entirety and fully understand and accept all provisions of the Plan, the Agreement and this Addendum A. Industrial Relations 4.1 The Unions agree that, provided the provisions of this Agreement are implemented, no stoppage of work shall occur. 4.2 During any temporary stoppage by the CFMEU Federated Engine Drivers and Firemen’s Association Division members, the Lift Driver shall remain on site to operate the lift to carry passengers.
Electric Storage Resources Developer interconnecting an electric storage resource shall establish an operating range in Appendix C of its LGIA that specifies a minimum state of charge and a maximum state of charge between which the electric storage resource will be required to provide primary frequency response consistent with the conditions set forth in Articles 9.5.5, 9.5.5.1, 9.5.5.2, and 9.5.5.3 of this Agreement. Appendix C shall specify whether the operating range is static or dynamic, and shall consider (1) the expected magnitude of frequency deviations in the interconnection; (2) the expected duration that system frequency will remain outside of the deadband parameter in the interconnection; (3) the expected incidence of frequency deviations outside of the deadband parameter in the interconnection; (4) the physical capabilities of the electric storage resource; (5) operational limitations of the electric storage resources due to manufacturer specification; and (6) any other relevant factors agreed to by the NYISO, Connecting Transmission Owner, and Developer. If the operating range is dynamic, then Appendix C must establish how frequently the operating range will be reevaluated and the factors that may be considered during its reevaluation. Developer’s electric storage resource is required to provide timely and sustained primary frequency response consistent with Article 9.5.5.2 of this Agreement when it is online and dispatched to inject electricity to the New York State Transmission System and/or receive electricity from the New York State Transmission System. This excludes circumstances when the electric storage resource is not dispatched to inject electricity to the New York State Transmission System and/or dispatched to receive electricity from the New York State Transmission System. If Developer’s electric storage resource is charging at the time of a frequency deviation outside of its deadband parameter, it is to increase (for over-frequency deviations) or decrease (for under-frequency deviations) the rate at which it is charging in accordance with its droop parameter. Developer’s electric storage resource is not required to change from charging to discharging, or vice versa, unless the response necessitated by the droop and deadband settings requires it to do so and it is technically capable of making such a transition.
