Requalification for ETUM status. A unit member who loses ETUM status may seek to regain ETUM status after meeting all criteria based on service performed after loss of ETUM status only; prior semesters of service shall not be counted toward ETUM status. If a unit member loses ETUM status and then subsequently regains ETUM status, the seniority of the unit member shall be based on the date ETUM status was reinstated.
