Requalification testing. The supplier is obliged to submit all products to a full dimensional inspection and functional test in accordance with the control plan on an annual basis. The applicable customer specifications for material and function must be taken into account. The result must be reported to BOMATEC upon request. Any deviations from this obligation must be made in writing between the supplier and BOMATEC.

Requalification testing. Requalification testing must be performed with all products according to the control plan (e.g. product quality assurance plan PQP) with complete dimensional and functional testing, taking the buyer´s requirements for materials and function into account. The results must be made available for reviews by E+E Elektronik.
Requalification testing. The supplier shall conduct a requalification test annually in accordance with IATF 16 949 for each delivery item. The Supplier shall include the requalification test in the control plan. It documents the results in the same manner as those of the sampling process on which they are based and makes them available to KACO Purchasing on request. If the requirements of initial sampling are not met, the Supplier shall promptly inform KACO Purchasing. After agreement with KACO Purchasing, the requalification test can also be carried out individual product groups.

  • Drug Testing (A) The state and the PBA agree to drug testing of employees in accordance with section 112.0455, F.S., the Drug-Free Workplace Act. (B) All classes covered by this Agreement are designated special risk classes for drug testing purposes. Special risk means employees who are required as a condition of employment to be certified under Chapter 633 or Chapter 943, F.S. (C) An employee shall have the right to grieve any disciplinary action taken under section 112.0455, the Drug-Free Workplace Act, subject to the limitations on the grievability of disciplinary actions in Article 10. If an employee is not disciplined but is denied a demotion, reassignment, or promotion as a result of a positive confirmed drug test, the employee shall have the right to grieve such action in accordance with Article 6.
