Customer Specification definition

Customer Specification means the proposal document prepared by 2Connect in relation to particular Services and which sets out the technical specification of those Services and any roll-out or installation timetable.
Customer Specification. The Manufacturer's Specification as modified by Change Orders (i) executed in conjunction with this Agreement and attached hereto as Exhibit C and (ii) executed subsequent to the date hereof and incorporated as of such subsequent date.

More Definitions of Customer Specification

Customer Specification means a written document setting forth the customer-observable characteristics of the PRODUCT, including but not limited to the performance, interfaces and user features as defined in Appendix A.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.
